* Relaxation: the brunch provides a peaceful break from daily stress with an atmosphere of joy, laughter, good food and connection. It allows attendees to breath , reset and enjoy fellowship without pressure.
* Awareness: It brings attention to important topics such as self-care, spiritual growth, enotional health, relationships or community issues. It helps grow wisdom and understanding.
